Instructing an Athens firm from anywhere

Chroni & Associates acts for clients based outside Greece through remote consultations, powers of attorney, document legalisation and local representation in Athens, so that a Greek matter can progress without repeated travel.

How remote instruction works

  1. 01

    Time zones and availability

Consultations are scheduled around your time zone, with written follow-up so that nothing depends on recall of a call.

  2. 02

    Powers of attorney

We draft the authority you need, explain how it is executed and legalised where you are, and act on it in Greece.

  3. 03

    Documents from abroad

Apostille, legalisation and certified translation requirements are identified early, because they are the most common cause of delay.

  4. 04

    Greek formalities

Tax registration numbers, bank arrangements and registry filings are handled locally on your behalf.

  5. 05

    Reporting

You receive written advice, a clear scope and defined points of contact throughout the matter.

Cross-border coordination

A Greek property purchase, company formation or inheritance rarely stands alone. We advise on the Greek position and work alongside your accountants, tax advisers and lawyers elsewhere so that the Greek step fits the wider structure rather than complicating it.

The firm practises Greek law from Athens. Where advice on another jurisdiction is required, we say so and work with qualified local counsel there.
