Accessibility Statement
We build this site to WCAG 2.2 Level AA: keyboard navigable, screen-reader friendly, contrast checked and motion-reduced on request. If anything is inaccessible to you, we will supply it another way.
01
Our commitment
Clients reach this site from many countries, on many devices, and some rely on assistive technology. We aim to make every page usable regardless of how it is read.
We work to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA as our target standard.
02
What we have built in
The following measures are applied across the site.
- Semantic headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate page structure.
- Keyboard access to all navigation, menus and form controls, with visible focus styles.
- Text and interface colours checked against WCAG AA contrast ratios on both light and dark sections.
- Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images, and decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology.
- Form fields with associated labels, clear error messages and no reliance on colour alone.
- Motion that respects the operating system's reduced-motion preference.
- Layouts that reflow without horizontal scrolling down to 320 pixels wide and remain readable at 200 percent zoom.
03
Known limitations
Some documents supplied by third parties, such as scanned official forms and certain legislative extracts, are not fully tagged for screen readers. Where we link to external registries and public authority portals, we do not control their accessibility.
If you meet a barrier on any of these, contact us and we will supply the content in an accessible form.
04
Alternative formats and assistance
We can provide information from this site as accessible text, in large print, or read to you by telephone. Consultations can be held by telephone or video with captions where required, and we can work with an interpreter or a person you nominate to assist you.
05
Feedback
If you encounter something you cannot access, tell us the page and what happened. We aim to respond within five working days and to fix confirmed issues at the next site update.
